Both Sara and Lotte are experienced management consultants with deep expertise in strategic pricing and commercial excellence. Since our first collaboration in 2012, we have teamed up many times.

We have crafted pricing strategies across a wide range of industries, partnering with companies big and small, from every part of the value chain. By tapping into diverse sector insights, we develop unique strategies that give our clients a real competitive edge.

  • Holds an Msc Industrial Engineering & Management degree 
  • Based in Stockholm, Visby (Sweden) and in Marbella (Spain)
  • Enjoys playing tennis, traveling and being outdoors

Meet Lotte

  • Experienced consultant and corporate leader with commercial and pricing focus, former eCom entrepreneur, longtime advisor and coach to startup/ scaleup companies
  • Holds a B.Sc. from Stockholm School of Economics
  • Based in Stockholm and FryksĂĄs, Sweden
  • Enjoys being active, and sharing meals with family and friends
